Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Beacn ("the Service"), operated by Agentic Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
2. The Service
Beacn is a B2B revenue intelligence product. It provides AI-generated plays and workspace features including, without limitation, Buyer Brief, Discovery Drafter, GTM Audit, GTM Growth Blueprint, Signal Scout, Pipeline Pulse, Handoff Hero, Churn Sentinel, Expansion Engine, Executive Beacon, Website Critique, Lookalike Prospecting, Revenue Brain, Account Memory, and optional connectors (such as Outlook, Salesforce, and Slack). Outputs are generated using large language models and, where applicable, web research or connected systems. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only and should be verified before use in high-stakes situations.
3. Accuracy of Outputs
AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Beacn makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying any factual claims before acting on them. Regulatory claims, pricing data, and personnel information should be confirmed against primary sources before any meeting or presentation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or illegal. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract outputs for purposes other than your own business use. You agree not to share account credentials with others. You are responsible for the data you upload and the systems you connect.
5. Beta Access, Payment, and Refunds
Some users access Beacn under a separate written Beta License Agreement (free pilot). Where a Beta License applies, that agreement controls pilot terms to the extent of any conflict with these Terms. Paid access (including à la carte plays and Operator subscriptions) is processed via Stripe at the rates published on beacn.net or as agreed in a written order form or conversion notice. All paid sales are final. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Agentic Ventures LLC and only in cases of documented technical failure. Operator subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period ends.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any inputs you provide. Agentic Ventures LLC retains ownership of the Service, its software, branding, and founder-created knowledge corpus. Outputs generated by the Service may be used by you for your own business purposes. We do not claim ownership of your deal data as a training set, and we do not use customer-identifiable User Content to train models (see our Privacy Policy). No intellectual property is licensed into Beacn from any other entity on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim (or, for unpaid beta use, fifty U.S. dollars).
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service lie in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified by email when practicable.
