Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Beacn ("the Service"), operated by Agentic Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Beacn provides AI-generated sales enablement documents including Buyer Briefs and Discovery Drafters. Outputs are generated using large language models and web research. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only and should be verified before use in high-stakes situations.
3. Accuracy of Outputs
AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Beacn makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying any factual claims before acting on them. Regulatory claims, pricing data, and personnel information should be confirmed against primary sources before any meeting or presentation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or illegal. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract outputs for purposes other than your own sales preparation. You agree not to share account credentials with others.
5. Payment and Refunds
Brief credits and Operator subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Agentic Ventures and only in cases of documented technical failure. Operator subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period ends.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any inputs you provide. Beacn retains ownership of the Service, its underlying models, and its software. Outputs generated by the Service may be used by you for your own business purposes without restriction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
