At Microsoft, I spent 21+ years architecting the Business Value Programs behind a $50B+ E5 portfolio, launched Office 365 to 100M+ users across 38 countries, and led Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection, an ML system processing billions of transactions. After that, I ran $200M+ P&Ls at Tricentis and Perforce with consistent double-digit ARR growth.

In 2016 I wrote the original case for what I called “CRM Vnext.” In 2018, “Simul8,” an early argument for AI-driven, contextual, buyer-facing GTM, years before large language models made it actually buildable. Beacn is that thesis, finally playable.

The scars are the résumé. Consultants sell visions and leave. Vendors sell platforms and bill you whether you use them or not. Beacn ships outcomes, the same discipline I built behind Microsoft’s value-engineering motion, now priced per deliverable instead of per seat.
