1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you generate a brief or call prep, we collect the inputs you provide (prospect name, company, context) and store the generated output. We collect usage data including which pages you visit and which features you use. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous page view tracking.
2. How We Use It
We use your data to provide the Service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset), and improve the quality of AI-generated outputs. We do not sell your data. We do not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Third Parties
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each operates under their own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with any third party beyond what is required to operate these services.
4. Data Retention
Your account data and generated documents are retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Payment records are retained as required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you promptly in the event of a breach affecting your data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your generated documents at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@beacn.net.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in) and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
