Questions, answered

Frequently asked.

What is revenue intelligence?

Revenue intelligence is the practice of turning every revenue signal — meetings, calls, notes, CRM updates, support tickets, usage data — into actionable context for the next action. Beacn's take: a shared Account Memory that every module reads from and writes to, so the work compounds across the team instead of resetting every quarter.

How is Beacn different from Gong or Clari?

Gong and Clari sell per-seat dashboards. Beacn sells outcomes. Reps adopt Beacn because it does their work — briefs, discovery, deal reviews — and the leader gets the rollup. You pay for results, not seats, and the deliverables are boardroom-ready artifacts, not more charts to interpret.

How is Beacn priced?

Three ways. Free to start (9 runs across 3 customers, no card). Pay per output (from $49 per deliverable). Operator plan at $7,500/month for unlimited runs across all 12 modules and up to 20 clients. Enterprise is outcome-based — a baseline plus per-outcome fees, capped monthly so finance can budget it cleanly.

What does 'outcome-priced' actually mean?

You pay for the deliverable that moves revenue, not for the right to log in. A Buyer Brief is $1,500 whether one rep or five use it. A Churn save play is $99. The Operator plan is a flat $7,500/month with no overages. Enterprise ties fees to verified outcomes — $2,500 per retention save, 5% of expansion ARR closed — capped each month.

Does Beacn replace my CRM?

No. Beacn generates the deliverables your CRM doesn't — briefs, plans, deal reviews, QBRs. It reads from your account context and writes artifacts back to each account. CRM and connector integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoom) are on the roadmap for Generation 3.

How does my team adopt Beacn without a migration?

Bottom-up. Reps sign up, add their accounts, and run modules — no CRM integration required for Gen 1. The work compounds in Account Memory, and as a leader you get visibility into what's being produced. Connectors arrive in Generation 3, at which point the memory irrigates automatically.

What's the difference between Account Memory and Company Memory?

Account Memory is per-account — stakeholders, artifacts, signals, outcomes, notes. Company Memory is cross-account — patterns rolled up from at least two accounts (e.g. 'your wins cluster in Series B fintechs with a security champion'). Both get injected into module prompts so outputs get sharper over time.

Is Beacn SOC 2 compliant or enterprise-ready?

Beacn is in private beta with early Operator customers. Enterprise terms, SSO, audit logs, and connector-verified outcome pricing are available on the Enterprise plan. Talk to us about your security review before signing.
